It will be no surprise that casinos care about getting your money and nothing else. I wish I had known to bring a frying pan and utensils! My suggestion: if you can ignore the rude service, pack like you are tenting, and then it will be a nice stay!… Glad I told the kids to bring some! We could do a pizza in the oven or small microwave things, but the fridge was too small to even stand up a juice bottle. However all kitchenware was gone (due to COVID, we were told), and there were no sheets/pillows for the pullout couch. On the up side, it was very quiet and clean. Thank goodness I brought my confirmation page! As she yelled at 2 young girls, “the bathrooms are closed, GET OUT!”, she found my keys. But then she couldn’t find me on the list. Finally one woman inside came out, saying security “must be busy”. By this time 3 other guests were waiting too. I used the entry phone to call the casino operator, who transferred me to security, who said someone would be over “whenever they were available”. We arrived on time, but the office closed at 8, and no amount of waving would bring the two ladies inside to the door. I did the pre-checkin online, stating that we would arrive by 8:30pm.
